Where cross-border processing occurs, JewelPatakha will use service providers and transfer arrangements permitted under applicable Indian law.

Withdrawing information necessary to provide an active service may affect JewelPatakha’s ability to:
- Process a new order;
- Maintain an optional customer account;
- Send requested restock alerts; or
- Provide a particular voluntary service.
Withdrawal will not prevent JewelPatakha from processing information where another lawful basis or legal requirement applies.

- Keeping it confidential;
- Avoiding password reuse;
- Logging out from shared devices;
