1) Order Processing
Once your order is placed, we confirm it and begin processing within 1–2 business days. Processing time may increase during sale periods, festivals, or due to unforeseen operational delays.
- Orders placed on weekends/holidays are processed on the next working day.
- If your item is made-to-order/custom (if applicable), processing may take longer and will be communicated.
2) Shipping & Delivery Timeline
Dispatch Time
Most orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days after processing.
Delivery Time
After dispatch, delivery usually takes 3–7 business days depending on your location and courier coverage.
Remote Locations
Some pin codes may take longer due to limited courier connectivity or transit routes.
Festive / Sale Delays
During high-demand periods, shipping partners may take extra time. We appreciate your patience.
3) Shipping Charges
Shipping charges (if applicable) are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and order value.
- Free Shipping: If you offer it, mention threshold here (e.g., “Free shipping on orders above ₹999”).
- COD Charges: If applicable, COD fee may be added at checkout.
Tip: Update the above points as per your store settings (free shipping threshold / COD fee).
4) Delivery Attempts & Address Details
Our courier partners usually attempt delivery 2–3 times. If the delivery fails due to incorrect address, unavailable recipient, or unreachable phone number, the shipment may return to origin.
- Please ensure your full address with pin code is correct.
- Add a reachable mobile number for delivery coordination.
- Landmark/nearby reference is recommended for smooth delivery.
5) Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, we share the tracking details via Email/SMS/WhatsApp (depending on your checkout info).
- Tracking may take a few hours to become active on courier systems.
- If you don’t receive tracking within 48 hours of dispatch, contact us with your Order ID.
6) Packaging & Safety
Your jewellery is packed securely to protect it during transit. Please record an unboxing video for support in case of any damage/wrong item.
Note: Unboxing video helps us verify issues faster and provide the best resolution.
7) Payments
We offer safe and secure payment methods (availability depends on what you enable in Shopify):
- UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, etc.)
- Debit/Credit Cards
- Net Banking
- Wallets
- Cash on Delivery (COD) (if enabled)
All online payments are processed via secure payment gateways. We do not store your card details.
8) Failed Payments / Deductions
If your payment fails but the amount is deducted, it is usually reversed automatically by your bank/payment provider within 5–7 business days. If it doesn’t reflect, contact your bank first, then reach out to us with:
- Order attempt date/time
- Transaction/reference ID
- Amount and payment method
9) International Shipping (Optional)
If you ship internationally, mention details here. If not, keep this note: Currently, we ship only within India.
International orders may involve customs duties/taxes as per the destination country (payable by customer).
