Returns, Refunds & Cancellation Policy
We want you to love what you ordered. Here’s how returns, refunds, and cancellations work at Jewelpatakha.

1) Order Cancellation
You can cancel your order before it is shipped/dispatched. Once an order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
To request a cancellation, contact us immediately with your Order ID via:

If your order is already dispatched, you may check eligibility for return (as per policy below).
2) Return Eligibility
Return Window
Return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery. (You may change this to 3/5/10 days as per your business rules.)
Condition of Product
Product must be unused, unworn, and returned in the original packaging with tags, invoice, and all accessories (if any).
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, earrings are generally non-returnable unless you received a damaged, defective, or wrong item.
Custom / Made-to-Order
Customized or made-to-order products (if offered) are non-returnable unless damaged/defective on arrival.
3) Damaged / Defective / Wrong Item
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Order ID
- Unboxing video (recommended)
- Clear photos of the product and packaging
After verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund as applicable.
4) How to Request a Return
- Email/WhatsApp us with your Order ID and reason for return.
- We will confirm eligibility and share the next steps.
- Once received, the item will go through a quality check.
- If approved, refund/exchange will be initiated as per policy.
Note: If the return is rejected during quality check (used, worn, missing packaging/tags), the item will be shipped back to you.
5) Refund Policy
Refunds are processed only after the returned product passes the quality check. Once approved, refunds are typically initiated within 5–7 business days.
- Prepaid orders: Refunded to the original payment method.
- COD orders: Refunded via bank transfer/UPI (details will be requested).
Bank/payment gateway timelines may vary and can take additional days to reflect in your account.
6) Shipping Charges on Returns
- If return is due to our error (wrong/damaged/defective item), return shipping is free.
- If return is due to customer preference (change of mind/size/style), return shipping may be chargeable.
Any original shipping fees (if applicable) are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
7) Exchanges
Exchanges are subject to stock availability and product eligibility. If an exchange is not possible, we may offer a refund (as per policy).
8) Refund Not Applicable In These Cases
- Return request raised after the return window.
- Product is used/worn/damaged after delivery.
- Missing original packaging, tags, invoice, or accessories.
- Minor variations in color/finish due to lighting/photography or handcrafted nature (within reasonable limits).
