Exchange Policy
We want you to love your jewellery. If something isn’t right, here’s how exchanges work at Jewelpatakha.

- Exchange request must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
- Products must be unused and in original packaging.
- Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
- Earrings are generally non-exchangeable for hygiene reasons (unless damaged/wrong item).
1) Exchange Eligibility
Exchange Window
You can request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.
Product Condition
The product must be unused, unworn, and returned with original packaging, tags, invoice, and all accessories.
Stock Availability
Exchanges are subject to availability of the requested product. If unavailable, we may offer store credit or refund as per policy.
Eligible Reasons
Size/style preference, damaged item, defective product, or wrong item delivered.
2) Non-Exchangeable Items
- Earrings (for hygiene reasons) – unless damaged/defective/wrong item.
- Customized or made-to-order jewellery.
- Products returned without original packaging/tags/invoice.
- Used, worn, or damaged items after delivery.
- Requests raised after the exchange window.
3) Damaged / Defective / Wrong Item
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your Order ID
- Unboxing video (recommended)
- Clear product photos
After verification, we will arrange a free replacement or exchange.
4) Exchange Process
- Email/WhatsApp us with your Order ID and exchange request.
- We confirm eligibility and share return instructions.
- Ship the product back as instructed.
- Product undergoes quality check after receipt.
- Once approved, replacement is shipped.
If the product fails quality check, it will be shipped back to the customer.
5) Exchange Shipping Charges
- If exchange is due to our error → Shipping is free.
- If exchange is due to customer preference → Shipping may be chargeable.
